Following an international search process, Simonetta Moro has been named the new President of the Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts (è���ƽ�). Dr. Moro succeeds è���ƽ�’s founder, George Smith (2006-2024).

Bruce Glavovic will receive an honorary PhD degree at the 2024 è���ƽ� Commencement Ceremony in New York City

In June 2024, è���ƽ� will participate in the La Biennale di Venezia Biennale Sessions

Tory Schendel-Vyvoda is the curator of the Evansville African American Museum and director of the Lamasco Microgallery. She earned her bachelor's from Indiana University and master's from Johns Hopkins University.

They will present at the “Critique of Resistance" symposium, November 30 - December 1, 2023.

Rikiesha Metzger, cohort ’19 explores innovative approaches to sharing Black culture through the arts. Built upon a solid spiritual foundation and community involvement, her goal is to teach various forms of self-expression and introspection through the practice of art making.
